Synopsis
Come with us once more, together with our heroes in one of the most daring, dangerous and most consequential quests of their lives with the fate of all the free peoples of Midgard hanging in the balance. The time has now come for King Sigurd to deal decisively with the Goblin Empire. But how to do it becomes the question as the Goblins rule a vast mountain empire, the centre of which is an immense underground city beneath Mount Elbrus. Moreover, it is topped by the most formidable fortress in all of Midgard, a dark an evil castle wherein lies the throne room and seat of power of the Great Goblin, one that can only be accessed from the Goblin Tunnels below. Therefore, young Duke Sigmund and his wife, Princess Eileza of the Dwarves are tasked by the king to lead a band of knights and Dwarvish Berserkers to infiltrate the citadel via a secret entrance known as the Gate of Abelshazzar. With the help of Byock, the White Wizard of the East, they have a slim chance of success and little chance of coming out of it alive. Will they survive the terrors of Goblin Town, and will Sigurd's army be able to defeat the most formidable Goblin Host they have ever faced? It is sure to be a desperate struggle and one which will cost the lives of many people, among whom are those that we have come to know and to love in this epic saga for the ages.
