Throughout his long journey, and as he uncovers more of his forgotten past and personality along the way, Sebastian finds that he has to do battle with more than just the creatures and criminals of Solis, and quickly learns that he also has to fight with the darker parts of human nature, as well as the trials and tribulations that come with falling in love. Friendship, heartbreak, envy, murder, politics, and the ugliest depths of humanity litter the path ahead, meaning that the road to regaining his identity is not as easy as he first anticipated. And, to make matters more grave, the threat of a future conflict between nations starts to brew in the background...
