Dr. Greg Bourgond holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Chapman University and advanced degrees from Bethel Seminary and Nova Southeastern University. He is the author of several award-winning books, including A Rattling of Sabers and Leadership Beef Jerky. With over 18 years in ministry and 10 years in the defense industry, Greg has served in various leadership roles, including Executive Pastor and Deacon. He founded Heart of Warrior Ministries and is an adjunct professor at the University of Northwestern and Bethel Seminary. Married for 57 years, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.
Russ Olmon is a pastoral leader and consultant with over 36 years in church leadership and organizational development. He has successfully guided churches in succession planning and capital campaigns, raising over $100 million. As the founding Senior Pastor of a Dallas-area church, he contributed to its growth to over 15,000 attendees. Russ co-founded Ministry Advantage, training over 100 pastors and equipping more than 1,000 churches. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Bible and Theology from Liberty University. Married for 44 years, he has one son and three grandchildren, impacting churches globally.
