The book chronicles the author’s journey from the time she started documenting her feelings in November of 2022 until now and serves as concrete evidence of the depth of her pain, the depth of her love, her growth and her healing. The pieces are organized chronologically as the author wrote them as opposed to being organized by chapter as the author feels strongly that this book accurately reflect the ever-changing emotions experienced in a grief journey, which is anything but organized.

This is not a book just for grieving moms; it is for anyone with a grieving heart and also speaks to the many other secondary losses that we grieve, such as identity.
