Latif Oztosun is a seasoned educator and industry professional specializing in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management. With a strong background in both academia and the tourism sector, Latif serves as a Lecturer at the University of Sunderland in London and is a Programme Coordinator with over a decade of teaching experience. He holds a Master’s degree in International Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Greenwich and a Diploma in Education and Training from Canterbury Christ Church University. As a Senior Fellow of Advance HE and a certified Microsoft Educator, Latif demonstrates a commitment to innovative teaching practices, particularly in digital learning technologies. His research focuses on sustainable and responsible planning practices in tourism and the transformative role of digital learning technologies. Currently pursuing a PhD, his thesis explores the impact of vocational education in prisons on reintegration and reducing recidivism. Beyond academia, Latif is actively involved in his community as a Local Parish Councillor and Chair of Planning. Latif’s published works include studies on enhancing learning experiences through digital strategies and the societal impacts of tourism development. His passion for fostering student success and advancing the tourism field underscores his professional endeavours.
Vipin Nadda is a competent, conscientious and motivated academic professional driven with well organized team spirit and goal oriented approach. Nadda is currently serving as Lecturer and Programme Manager (Postgraduate-tourism & Hospitality) with University of Sunderland in London. A science graduate with MBA (Marketing), MTA (Tourism) and PhD(Tourism Management), Nadda has more than fifteen years of Experience in academics and Industry. Besides this, also published two books and presented papers in various international seminars and Global conferences. Nadda also freelances as ‘Education development consultant’ for University of East London, Glyndwr University,Anglia Ruskin University, Director of studies for PhD with Cardiff Metropolitan University UK, ‘Member of Academic Council’ and Chief Examiner for Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality, London. As an experienced academician, Nadda has been Lecturing a variety of courses ranging from Marketing, HR in ‘Business and Management’ to ‘International Tourism and Hospitality Management’ in the UK as well as overseas.
