Dr. Ergunova Olga Titovna , PhD, is an esteemed Associate Professor at the Higher School of Production Management, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, and an expert at the Russian Academy of Sciences. She also holds an associate professorship at Lovely Professional University (India) and serves as President of the Ural Union of Tourism Industry. Dr. Shyam Sunder Agrawal , working as Assistant Professor, Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab, India. He has been associated with the education industry since 2015. He has presented papers at various reputed IIM conferences and published several research papers in UGC CARE, SCOPUS, and ABDC Journals. He has earned his Ph.D. in management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. His fields of interest are Behavioral Finance, Sustainable Finance, Capital Market, Banking, and Insurance. Dr. Stefanovic Miladin is a distinguished academic, researcher, and consultant with extensive contributions to quality management, ICT, e-learning, university-enterprise cooperation, and innovation management. As the author or co-author of over 200 papers, six technical solutions, six books, and seven book chapters―including 40 manuscripts published in SCI Thompson-listed journals―he has played a pivotal role in advancing his field. He has actively participated in numerous projects, including seven TEMPUS, two ERASMUS+, five national scientific projects, and three Innovation Fund-funded initiatives, alongside over 50 industry collaborations. A key figure in business and technology transfer, he contributed to the establishment of the Business Start-Up Center (BIC) in Kragujevac and serves as a leading consultant for management systems, having implemented ISO standards in over 30 companies. As Manager of the Center for Quality and the Center for Knowledge Transfer at the University of Kragujevac, he has mentored six PhD candidates and overseen 75 MSc and over 120 BSc theses. A member of prestigious organizations such as IFIP, the Engineering Academy of Serbia, and AQSS, he also serves on the editorial boards of eight international journals, further solidifying his impact in academia and industry.
