Enas Mohammed AlQodsi is an Associate Professor of Private Law at the College of Law, United Arab Emirates University, and Coordinator of the Master’s Programs in Public and Private Law. She holds a Ph.D. in Civil Law and brings over two decades of distinguished academic, judicial, and legal experience. Dr. AlQodsi has an outstanding international publication record, with numerous peer-reviewed articles published in leading journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, including journals ranked among the Top 1%, Top 5%, and Top 10% worldwide. Her scholarly contributions span civil law, contract law, civil liability, intellectual property, data protection, and the legal implications of emerging technologies and sustainability. She has served as editor and contributor to internationally indexed books, and as a reviewer and editorial board member for multiple high-impact journals. Her academic excellence is further demonstrated by securing competitive internal and external research grants and supervising graduate research at both Master’s and Ph.D. levels. Dr. AlQodsi is a recipient of multiple excellence awards from both the United Arab Emirates University and Abu Dhabi University, recognizing her outstanding achievements in teaching, research, and community service. Her work continues to contribute significantly to advancing legal scholarship and shaping contemporary legal discourse at both regional and international levels.

Iyad Jadalhaq holds a doctorate degree in Civil Law from University of Athens in Greece. His teaching experience in many universities is over 20 years. He have many publications in international journals indexed in SCOPUS, so he has been a recipient of many awards during his previous academic work, such as, the University Research Award, University Research Fellow Award, College of Law Teaching Award, and twice received the College of Law Research Award. In addition, he has 8 authorized books published in Palestine and UAE.
