Ethical sourcing has become integral to responsible supply chain management as organizations face growing criticism over the social and environmental impacts of their business practices. Beyond meeting regulatory requirements, companies are expected to ensure fair labor conditions, protect human rights, and minimize ecological harm throughout their supplier networks.
