Reshmy , presently serving as the Head of the Research Centre and an Associate Professor in the Department of Computing at Muscat College, plays a pivotal role in higher education quality assurance. She is also the editor of conference proceedings published by Springer, including Lecture Notes in Educational Technology and Lecture Notes in Digital Transformation and AI in Practice. She serves as a program reviewer for Oman’s Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MoHERI) and is a Board Member of the Oman Association for Quality in Higher Education (QAQHE) under the Ministry of Social Affairs. From 2017 to 2021, she was a member of the IT Academic Council of the Indian Schools Board of Directors in Oman and continues to contribute on advisory boards of universities in both Oman and India. She supervises PhD candidates at government universities in India and evaluates doctoral theses across several institutions nationwide. An esteemed speaker, Dr. Reshmy has presented at numerous international conferences and professional forums and is widely acknowledged as a distinguished public speaker within academic and professional circles. Her notable recognitions include the Best National Research Award from the Research Council Oman (2014), the ‘Woman Icon India Global Award’ conferred by the Governor of Tamil Nadu (2019) for her contributions to education, the ‘Distinguished Educator and Scholar Award’ from the National Foundation for Entrepreneurship (2020), and the ‘Distinguished Woman in Engineering Award’ (2018) for her contributions to Computer Science and Engineering. Previously, she served as the Head of the Computing Department at Muscat College until September 2017 and chaired the Industry and Community Engagement Committee from 2017 to 2021. Currently, she leads the Research Centre at the institution. Her academic contributions include 21 book chapters published by Springer, 18 funded research projects, and over 643 research citations. She is the author of the book Computer Programming and has organized more than 50 national and international conferences, workshops, and symposiums. Furthermore, she has served as a keynote speaker and resource person at over 70 academic events worldwide. She is also a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Business, Communication and Technology and actively contributes as a peer reviewer for several international journals, in addition to serving as a thesis evaluator for Indian universities.
Araby Madbouly is the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs at Muscat College. He is appointed as external reviewer in OAAAQA, Sultanate of Oman. Araby has over 40 published articles in international journals and papers presented in international conferences in international economics, finance, entrepreneurship, HR, marketing, knowledge management, and corporate governance. He has 3 published books Araby supervised many Ph.D. and MSc theses. Furthermore, he participated as an external examiner for many. HE participated as a keynote speaker and was assigned as a member of technical committees in many international conferences. He is an editorial board member of three international journals and a reviewer for other five international journals.
Buthaina Al Kharousi is an Assistant Professor and MBA Programme Coordinator at Muscat College, Oman. She is the director of the MBA Programme at Muscat College. She holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship from the University of Worcester, UK, and has over 18 years of experience in higher education, teaching, research, and academic leadership. Her research interests include entrepreneurship education, innovation, sustainability, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. She has published in internationally peer-reviewed journals and book chapters, serves as a reviewer for leading academic journals, and regularly presents her research at international conferences. Dr Al Kharousi actively contributes to research projects, curriculum development and international collaborations, with a strong commitment to advancing entrepreneurship education and sustainable development.
Nitha Mary Siju possesses over nine years of extensive experience in research and teaching within the academic realm. Currently working as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business and Accounting at Muscat College, Sultanate of Oman. She has pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Anna University and received a Master of Business Administration from the Cochin University of Science and Technology. Her subject area includes Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Global Sustainability and Supply Chain Management. As a dedicated educator and mentor, she has provided guidance in both SPSS and NVivo to dissertation students and has hosted various Entrepreneurship competitions on campus. Additionally, she exhibits expertise in Microsoft Project Software and holds a CAPM certification, enabling her to impart knowledge in the project management discipline. With a Master's degree in Business Administration and an ongoing pursuit of a PhD, her research endeavors encompass diverse social science studies, focusing on Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, and Project Management disciplines.
