Her international academic experience spans three years at Maldives Business School and two years at Lincoln University, Malaysia, along with project work in Sri Lanka and Myanmar, enriching her global teaching perspective. Currently, as Coordinator of the Office of International Affairs, she leads global immersion programs, including recent initiatives in Texas, USA, and across India. Dr. Gupta serves as an Assistant Professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, where he specializes in Human Resource Management, Leadership Development, and Corporate Strategy. He has held key administrative roles, including Convener of the Institution Innovation Council, fostering innovation and entrepreneurial growth. With international teaching experience in Malaysia and the Maldives, he has guided MBA, Ph.D., and Professional Doctorate students across culturally diverse environments. Dr. Gupta has co-authored several books, including Innovative Pedagogy: A Beginner's Guide to Modern Teaching Strategies and WealthWise: Lessons from India's Warren Buffett.
