Currently serving as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, Dr. Sharma has been instrumental in advancing academic excellence through curriculum innovation, global immersion programs, and research collaborations across Asia, the United States, and Europe. He holds an e-Diploma in CORe from Harvard Business School, along with advanced degrees in Education (M.Ed.), Commerce (M.Com.), and an MBA in Marketing and Finance. Dr. Gupta serves as an Assistant Professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, where he specializes in Human Resource Management, Leadership Development, and Corporate Strategy. He has held key administrative roles, including Convener of the Institution Innovation Council, fostering innovation and entrepreneurial growth. With international teaching experience in Malaysia and the Maldives, he has guided MBA, Ph.D., and Professional Doctorate students across culturally diverse environments. Dr. Gupta has co-authored several books, including Innovative Pedagogy: A Beginner's Guide to Modern Teaching Strategies and WealthWise: Lessons from India's Warren Buffett.
