Hitesh Mohapatra received the B.E. degree in Information Technology from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha in 2006, and the MTech. Degree in CSE from Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR) University, Odisha in 2009. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering in 2021 from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Burla, India. Dr. Mohapatra has published over 150 research articles in SCI- and Scopus-indexed journals and conferences, with a Scopus H-index of 24. He has authored two books on Software Engineering and C Programming respectively. He has 15 years of teaching experience both in industry and academia. He has served the research community with various capacities like session chair, technical chair, keynote speaker etc. His research interests include wireless sensor network, smart city, smart grid and smart water. Currently he is working as Associate Professor at School of Computer Engineering, KIIT (Deemed to be) University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Amiya Kumar Rath received the B.E. degree in computer from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, in 1990, the M.B.A. degree in systems management from Shivaji University in 1993, the MTech. degree in computer science from Utkal University in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Utkal University, in 2005, with a focus on embedded systems. He is currently a Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla, India. He has contributed over 80 research level papers to many national and international journals and conferences. He has published seven books by reputed publishers. His research interests include embedded systems, ad hoc networks, sensor network, power minimization, evolutionary computation, and data mining. He has been deputed as an adviser to National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore, India from 2019 to 2023. Currently he is working Vice Chancellor for Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela, Odisha since 2023 up to 2028.

Fadi Al-Turjman received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Queen’s University, Canada, in 2011. He serves as the “advisor to the chairman of the board of trustees on AI and informatics” with Near East University (NEU), Nicosia, where he is the Founding Dean of the AI and Informatics Faculty. He is the Head of the Software Engineering Department and the Founding Director of the AI and Robotics Institute and the International Research Center for AI and IoT, NEU. His publication history spans over 650 SCI/E publications, in addition to numerous keynotes and plenary talks at flagship venues. He has authored and edited over 100 books on AI, cognition, security, and the deployment of wireless sensor networks in smart IoT environments, which have been published by reputable publishers, such as IEEE, Taylor & Francis, Elsevier, IET, and Springer. He is a leading authority in the areas of smart and intelligent IoT systems, wireless and mobile networks’ architectures, protocols, deployments, and performance evaluation in Artificial Intelligence of Things. He has been awarded the Lifetime Golden-Award of Dr. Suat Gunsel from Near East University in 2022, in addition to several other recognitions and best research awards at key international venues. He is leading several international conferences and workshops in prominent AI and IoT societies. He currently serves as a book series editor with distinguished publishers and as the lead guest or an associate editor for several top-tier journals, including the IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials (IF 23.9) and Sustainable Cities and Society (Elsevier, IF 10.8).

Manjur Kolhar received the Ph.D. degree in heterogeneous IP communication systems from the National Advanced IPv6 Centre of Excellence, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He is currently an Associate Professor of computer science and information with Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia. His research interests include computer science, computer networks, cloud computing, machine learning, and resource management.
