Hardcover. Etat : new. Hardcover. The tourism industry is undergoing a significant transformation as sustainability and digital innovation become central priorities for destinations, businesses, and travelers alike. Growing environmental concerns, changing consumer expectations, and advances in artificial intelligence (AI) are reshaping how tourism experiences are designed, marketed, and managed. AI-powered technologies are increasingly being used to support personalized travel experiences, improve operational efficiency, optimize resource management, and enhance destination planning. At the same time, there is increasing interest in how these technologies can contribute to more sustainable, responsible, and resilient tourism ecosystems while preserving cultural heritage and supporting local communities. These developments are creating new opportunities to align technological innovation with the long-term goals of sustainable tourism development. Sustainable Tourism Marketing in the Era of Artificial Intelligence explores how AI technologies are reshaping tourism and hospitality while supporting broader goals of sustainability, responsible travel, and destination resilience. Bringing together emerging research, practical applications, and real-world case studies, this book examines how AI can enhance tourism marketing, visitor experiences, resource management, and strategic decision-making across the sector. Covering topics such as eco-labelling, net-positive destination development, and sentiment-driven marketing, this book is an indispensable academic resource for graduate and doctoral students, tourism and hospitality professionals, destination managers, tourism consultants, marketing professionals, brand managers, technology developers, AI practitioners, international organizations, NGOs, and more.
