She has participated in projects focused on environmental accounting, ESG, climate change. Additionally, she is highly engaged in professional and educational activities, including curriculum developments, ESG e-learning course.
Swarnima Gorani working as a Assistant Professor, Sharda School of Law, Sharda University Greater Noida, India. She is a distinguished Company Secretary and Legal Scholar specialising in both Criminal and Corporate Law. With more than 2 years of industry experience and a robust academic foundation, Ms Gorani holds a dual degree in Commerce and Law, a postgraduate degree in Law with a concentration in Criminal Law, and a degree in Company Secretaryship. She has participated in and presented her research at numerous international conferences and faculty development programs. Her contributions include multiple book chapters and journal publications, and she has presented her research at numerous international conferences. Additionally, she is an active reviewer for Scopus-indexed journals and books. Notably, Ms Gorani has achieved significant accolades, including an All India Rank of 13 in the Company Secretary examination and a Gold Medal for her performance in her Law degree.

She is the founder and publisher of two magazines and more than 20 international scientific journals and has served as a reviewer for over 500 ISI-indexed scientific papers. Her academic work focuses on digital finance, FinTech, responsible financial innovation, and the development of innovative financial instruments for complex and sustainable systems. Her research bridges theory and practice, addressing major societal and economic challenges through financial innovation. Her scientific excellence has been recognized through numerous international awards and distinctions, including gold medals awarded at prestigious international scientific and innovation competitions. She has also served on the boards and advisory councils of internationally renowned academic and scientific institutions, contributing to strategic development, academic evaluation, and the promotion of high standards in ethics, integrity, and educational excellence.
