Artificial intelligence is transforming the way organizations manage resources, make decisions, and respond to an increasingly complex business environment. From workforce planning and financial management to supply chains and operational processes, AI-driven tools are enabling organizations to improve efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and generate data-driven insights at unprecedented speed and scale. At the same time, the growing adoption of AI introduces important challenges related to governance, ethics, transparency, workforce adaptation, and organizational readiness. As businesses navigate rapid technological change, there is increasing interest in understanding how AI can be integrated into resource management practices in ways that enhance both performance and long-term sustainability. These developments are reshaping traditional approaches to organizational management and creating new opportunities for innovation, agility, and strategic decision-making. Reshaping Organizational Resource Management With AI: Concepts, Challenges, and Opportunities addresses the growing need for empirical, conceptual, and practice-based insights into the transformative role of AI in areas such as human resource management, knowledge management, financial planning, logistics, information services, and strategic decision-making. Through conceptual discussions, empirical research, and practical examples, the book provides insights into how organizations can leverage AI to create more adaptive, efficient, and sustainable management practices in an increasingly digital world. Covering topics such as human resources metrics dashboards, institutional memory, and digital hiring, this book is an excellent academic resource for graduate and doctoral students, business leaders, executives, strategic decision-makers, human resource professionals, operations managers, data scientists, AI practitioners, policymakers, and more.
