Christ said of John in Matthew 11:11, “Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than [he]…”

Never before and never again would the Lord verbally express such a high appraisal of any man. With this fact in mind, we as Believers would be wise to desire to learn just what it was that made John the Baptist such a “great” man in the estimation of the Lord.
