This little story came to me on a flight to Houston shortly after we had put our last of seven Lhasa Apso dogs to rest. I was quite down, but the flight attendant was a person of great joy and enthusiasm and he quickly got all the passengers to be in a happy mood. The joy lifted me up immediately, and I quickly recalled all the happy moments we shared with our pets, and began to write this story in their honor.
