From first migrant settlers who crossed the sea by boat, as the original Boat People, to settle on a previously uninhabited tiny island which was occupied by pigeons, the tiny island of Alban, officially known as Democratic Island Kingdom of Alban (DIKA), population of two million descendants of migrant settlers, had in quest for world dominance expanded into global empire, The Alban Empire, with territories all over the world.

Then came early spring 1884, general election looming on horizon on the tiny island of Alban. The tiny island of Alban encountering severe economic and other problems under watch of the ruling party, but migration from now impoverished territories of The Alban Empire to the tiny island of Alban, what government and some on the tiny island of Alban were calling ‘The Boat People’ problem, dominating headlines and election campaign. Rating of ruling party of mostly very young but very ambitious politicians had plunged to its lowest in history, with the party facing prospect of historic embarrassing and catastrophic wipe-out. Would finding solution to ‘The Boat People’ problem boost rating of their party, help them win election, retain power. There was a lot at stake, but it was race against time, clock was ticking away, time running out. Would they pull it off, could they pull it off?
