Synopsis

A young Michigan State fan travels through the crisp November air of East Lansing with his family to see the famous 1966 "Game of the Century." Along the way he enjoys tailgate picnics, warm nachos, and the excitement of thousands of fans walking toward the stadium in their green and white. As he stands for the national anthem and watches the teams take the field, the little Spartan feels the pride and energy of the crowd, experiencing a historic day of football he will remember forever.

Nichole Elise Jeonotte is a Native American science teacher, conservationist, author, artist and mother of eight from Michigan. Her family loves football, especially the Spartans and Detroit Lions! She is a member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians. Nichole serves as an elected board director for Ingham Conservation District. She campaigns for her son for Neuroendocrine Cancer Awareness.
