Synopsis

The Florida State Poets Association, a nonprofit member organization, is Florida's primary association for poets in the state. Cadence is its annual anthology. This year's volume is the 40th and contains more than 150 poems by many of the most accomplished poets in the Sunshine State. In addition to poems by FSPA members, Cadence contains poems by the association's chancellors, a group of nationally renowned poets who help advise FSPA. Also included are 36 poems by category winners in FSPA's national contest, along with poems by student winners in middle school, high school, and college undergrad divisions.
