Chai's adventures are based loosely on real-life antics and foibles of my own fur baby Chai, who is a six-year-old chihuahua poodle cross, with some whimsical fictional experiences thrown in for good measure. If these books help to encourage your child's reading enthusiasm and skills while having a laugh or 'What the' moment, they will have done their job.
