About the Author

Educator and mentor Paul Vincent Cable has created programmes for children around the world teaching kindness, empathy, mindfulness, anger management, resilience and many other aspects of social and emotional intelligence. For more than two decades, he has worked with children from a very wide array of backgrounds - to those of hedge fund owners and movie stars, of middle-class professionals, as well as in some of the biggest slums and inner city ghettos. As 'Mr Paul' (as he is known to his pupils) discovered, the principles of humanity are universal across all social, economic, ethnic and racial backgrounds.

As a parent, using these same principles, he mentored his own son Ayrton to multi-award-winning social activist success. Ayrton introduced a Bill to the UK Parliament aged 9.

Paul is a long-time advocate of having 100 hours of training in wise and compassionate living as a foundational part of every child’s upbringing.
