Elfie needed a valuable lesson in gratitude. Luckily, Santa knew just the way to teach him…
Every single year, a tiny elf would disguise itself as a teddy or a small doll and observe the children over the Christmas break.
His name was Elfie, and his reports would determine if a child would go on the naughty or nice list.
More often than not, they’d end up on the naughty list.
Would Elfie deliberately cause chaos in their homes? Yes.
Would he refuse to see any good in them no matter what? Also yes.
But would Santa stand for this any longer? No!
Fed up with Elfie’s unfair judgment, Santa found a way to teach the elf just the lesson it needed: He decided to send Elfie to the home of Charlie and Angela West, a young son and his single mother, for two weeks.
Before he leaves, Santa gives Elfie a notebook and an important mission.
While he is there, Elfie must write in the notebook ten things he is grateful for each day.
If he does not complete this mission, he will be banished from the North Pole forever.
Can Elfie finally stop complaining and see the good in people?
It might take a miracle, but it is Christmas after all…
