Synopsis

For the most part, I've been happy, fulfilled and content with my life.
This story tells of struggles with sadness, turmoil, panic and depression. With three long-distance moves, a twenty-one-year failed marriage and multiple family disasters had flooded my life and I felt like I couldn't breathe. I share with you my story of fighting back. This is my journey. A five-year period consisting of multiple moves, living with an alcoholic who brought violence to our home, being abandoned, starting over and finding love once again just to in time to face another disaster. My hope is that by sharing my story and how I survived emotionally will inspire others. By the grace of God, I am once again, happy and content.
