Dr. Rohit Bansal is working as Associate Professor in Department of Management Studies in Vaish College of Engineering, Rohtak. He is a perseverant, passionate academician cum seasoned professional. He obtained Ph.D. in Management from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. With a rich experience of 16 years, he has achieved growth through robust and proactive academic initiatives. He has authored & edited 30 books with renowned national & international publishers including IGI Global USA, Scrivener-Wiley Publishing, De Gruyter, Weser Books, Scholar’s Press, Germany etc. In addition to, Dr. Rohit has published 150 research papers and chapters in journals of repute including Scopus indexed as well as edited books. He has also presented papers in 50 conferences and seminars. His area of interest includes marketing management, organizational behaviour, services marketing, customer engagement, digital marketing, human resource management and organizational development. He is on Editorial Advisory Board as a member in 110 national and international peer reviewed journals. He has acted as session chair in many international conferences.

Dr. Fazla Rabby is an accomplished academic and professional with a diverse background in emerging technology, education, management, and AI. Holding a Ph.D. from the University of Southern Queensland, their education includes degrees and diplomas in management, leadership, and information systems from Central Queensland University and the University of Madras. As a Teaching Academic at Macquarie University and Lecturer at Canterbury Institute of Management, Dr. Rabby designs and delivers educational activities, assesses student progress, and contributes to curriculum development. Their role as Academic Director at Stanford Institute of Management and Technology highlights their leadership in stakeholder relationships, business strategies, and HR management. Previously, Dr. Rabby excelled in sales and marketing roles, including Director of Australian Sales and Marketing and Managing Director of Sales Solutions Australia. A prolific researcher and presenter, they focus on blockchain, digital marketing, AI, mental health and well-being and consumer behavior, with upcoming projects on industry innovation and AI in education.

Meenakshi Gandhi has had a professional journey of 20 years in the academic circles, working in institutions of higher education, and has been involved in Teaching, Training, Research, Academic administration & Program management. Her expertise involves in developing students their entrepreneurial skills, a critical thinking mindset, a rational decision making approach and innovative in their work. Her work strength has been in areas of entrepreneurship, leadership development for women and capacity building for academicians both in teaching and research. She has helped organisations manage in volatile, competitive and uncertain environments and built upon skills of students and faculty with perseverance while dealing with adverse situations and building cohesiveness among teams. She has enabled institutions to gain competitive advantage by designing programs with right curricular inputs which make a student industry ready and enriches employability skills in them. In educational leadership roles she has enabled institutions create frameworks, systems, processes for quality enhancement, teaching enrichment, learning outcomes based approach to deliver accreditation potential. With her communication skills, organisation capabilities, task orientation approach and team building ability she has motivated my team to better performance both for teachers and students. As Dean Academics in management institutions she has helped shape these institutions for academic pursuits enabling faculty development, capacity building in research and case teaching, designing employable curriculum and skill development of students at graduate and undergraduate level. She has always encouraged students and faculty to think, dream, aspire and conquer new heights while making themselves their own benchmarks and rising from one level to the other and enjoying it. She is a research enthusiast and has a number of national and international publications, books and articles to her credit

Nishita Pruthi is a research scholar at Institute of Management Studies and Research, Maharshi Dayanand University. She has been awarded by Junior Research Fellowship by the University Grants Commission, India. She has published research articles in Scopus and SCIE indexed journals. She has also contributed chapters in edited books published by IGI Global, Bentham Science and Emerald etc. She participated in various international conferences.

Shweta Saini is a research scholar at Institute of Management Studies and Research, Maharahi Dayanand University. She is qualified for the National Eligibility Test held by the National Testing Agency, India. She has published papers in peer reviewed journals listed in ABDC. Further, she has published chapters in edited books indexed in Scopus. She has participated in many national and international conferences.
