With over 28 years of teaching and research experience, Alex specializes in AI engineering, data analytics, IoT technologies, cloud computing, and database systems. He has also accumulated more than 30 years of professional expertise in software production and database technology, holding senior roles such as CEO, CTO, and engineering director in multinational corporations. An accomplished author, Alex has published 52 books and contributed to numerous research articles and book chapters in AI ecosystems, smart cities, fintech, healthcare, and more. Hajimahmud Vugar Abdullayev is Associate Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, Baku, Azerbaijan. He has completed his Ph.D in Computer Science in the year 2005. He is currently as an Associate Professor of the “Computer engineering” Department at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, Baku, Azerbaijan. He is author of 61 scientific papers.
