He currently serves as an Associate Professor of Cybersecurity and AI at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he leads cutting-edge research on AI security, focusing on the detection and mitigation of advanced cyber threats. Dr. Omar holds multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in Cybersecurity and a PhD in AI, and has earned numerous industry certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and SANS Certified Smartphone Forensics Analyst (GASF). His extensive publication record includes books, peer-reviewed journal articles, and conference papers that explore the integration of AI in cybersecurity, with a particular focus on large language models (LLMs) and generalized AI (Gen AI). Hewa Majeed Zangana is an Iraqi lecturer and assistant professor in computer science and information technology. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Nawroz University, a Master's degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia, and an Honorary Doctorate from the British Accreditation EB - JAS, and currently studying PhD of ITM at DPU. With expertise in network systems and teaching experience, Hewa has taught various subjects and held positions such as Curriculum Division Director and Head of the Computer Science Department at Nawroz University. He has also published research articles in prestigious journals and presented at conferences.
