Muhammad Mohsin is an associate professor at the Faculty of Business School at Hunan University of Humanities, Science and Technology (HUHST). He has earned his Doctorate Degree in Management Sciences (Finance) from Liaoning Technical University (LNTU), Fuxin, China. and Postdoctoral from PUTRA Business School, Universiti Putra Malaysia. Dr. Muhammad Mohsin has been an academic researcher whose valuable publications have contributed exceptionally to the discipline of Business and Finance. His academic profile is remarkable, and he has participated in SCI/SSCl research articles, international conferences, and seminars. The research work is admired by thousands of global readers and cited by hundreds of researchers in their fieldwork. He also received the “Outstanding Foreigner Student Award” 2018 from the China Scholarship Council (CSC). He has experience of conducting numerous training sessions or seminars regarding Advanced Research Methods, Data Analysis Techniques, and Business Analytics & efficiencies. He is a member of many research societies and leads a departmental board of studies at renowned universities in Pakistan. He has been working on divergent dimensions of Digitalization as a leading & guest Editor in different special issues of renowned SCI/SSCI journals. He also provided the services of reviewing research articles for many SCI/SSCI Journals. Based on technical & theoretical knowledge, he received many certificates from the journals. His discipline in research and teaching explores new dimensions of Green Finance, Sustainable development, and Digital Finance.

Ghazia Batool is a dynamic researcher and educator, dedicated to making a positive impact in the fields of finance, circular economy, and sustainable business practices. Her diverse range of research initiatives reflects her commitment to addressing contemporary challenges, with a particular focus on fostering environmental stability through ecotourism. Ms. Batool has explored critical areas, including financial challenges in implementing circular business models in the textile industry, determinants of capital structure of high technology companies, and the industry sensitivity and sustainable growth rate of Shariah-compliant firms with the moderating role of COVID-19. Her work also extends to the exploration of circular economy principles and the intersection of Islamic business and management. She has significantly contributed to the academic discourse with publications such as “Regulation in Recycling and Circularity: Future Prospective” and “Circular Business Model,” both featured in the esteemed “Circularity in Textiles” published by Springer in 2023. Another notable contribution is the review article titled “Circularity in Materials: A Review on Polymer Composites Made from Agriculture and Textile Waste” published in the International Journal of Sustainable Materials. Ms. Batool's strengths lie in her effective communication and leadership skills. Her ability to actively listen, coach, and collaborate has been instrumental in her academic and research endeavors. With a commitment to never giving up on her goals, she brings a positive attitude, honesty, and consistency to her work. Her expertise extends to program creation and design, consistently delivering positive results. Ms. Batool is well-versed in financial analysis, MS Office, and statistical software like SPSS and Minitab. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management Sciences with a focus on finance at the National Textile University, Faisalabad, Ms. Batool holds an MS/MBA from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology and a BBA (Hons) from Bahauddin Zakariya University.
