Synopsis

In this novel—the second of The Path of Wiraqocha series—a fortyyear-
old Hamawtha Wiraqocha leaves the Taypikhala Temple to reach
Qosqo, an exceedingly fertile mountainous region, where Unu, the
world’s holiest saywa (guiding beacon), lies hidden, surrounded by
lush mountains. That sacred saywa is the world’s central source of
cosmic energy from which all mystical paths stem.
After many adventures, Wiraqocha, together with his friend Antarki
and many Tampu warriors from Qosqo, set out to find the mysterious
saywa near the secret City of Light of Machu Picchu. Siwar, a maiden
Ñusta princess from a neighboring village, becomes Wiraqocha’s
loving guide in their daring quest to find the Unu.
