Synopsis

The local amateur dramatics group is rehearsing for their next play.

All seems smooth on the surface but is that smoothness really the top of a stagnant pond hiding vindictiveness, venom and vendettas beneath? Can Inspector Seymore uncover what lies in the murky depths? Or is he out of his depth? Is someone or something unnatural at work? The stage is set for the audience to use their detective skills and deduce the riddle of “The Slaying on the Stage”.

The play is set some time in the late 20th or early 21st century.

Three scenes: The Stage, The Park and The Green Room.

It can be performed as a standard play or as an interactive experience with the audience.
