Synopsis

PoetrXY: For Men Who Don't Read Poetry is a collection of sonnets, villanelles, and prose written for those who usually skip the poetry section. With plainspoken intros and a craftsman's touch, these pieces explore fatherhood, faith, and quiet reckoning from a masculine point of view. The poems are straightforward but thoughtful--blending traditional rhyme and structure with honest, modern themes. Some lean into the spiritual, others take a wry look at belief, and most speak to readers who don't follow literary trends. This is poetry for the disenchanted, the devout, and the quietly searching--for men who remember the kind of verse they studied in school and wonder why nobody writes that way anymore.
