“Captivating intro to a new fantasy/sci-fi universe!
This was a fun story. I tore through the whole book the same day I received it.

The magic is a bit of a combo between d&d magic and super-human powers. This book is a prequel to an upcoming series of books that I am really looking forward to. Definitely pick it up if you are a fan of fantasy, magic, or adventure series!
