Synopsis

Publication of this book was due to the many events that transpired in the year 2020. I watched my youngest daughter, who was ten at the time, worry about the different things happening around us. I then decided to take her to the book of Psalms, chapter 91. We began to read it every night until she memorized it. Doing this made a great deal of a difference in her life. We did this until she began praying Psalm 91 when it was time for us to pray together.
The Bible says in Proverbs 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it” (KJV).
It is important to teach our children God’s Word and how to pray—learning to pray and use God’s Word shows them how to handle issues that come before them. When you build a foundation in God’s Word and prayer, YOU WIN! We encourage young readers to use this book as a part of their devotional time with the Lord while we encourage parents to read along and study with their children, applying the scriptures in prayer according to their child’s level of understanding.
