Dear reader, perhaps the most egregious fallacy in the modern Church is the belief that the devil is our worst enemy. This is not entirely true because God Himself never mentioned the devil when He lamented on mankind's destruction in the Book of Hosea 4:6. The Most Highest greatest regret was that His people had rejected the knowledge of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Although it is true that the devil became the pseudo-lord of the world by usurping Adam's mandate in the Garden of Eden, his reign was short-lived because the second Adam, which is the Lord Jesus Christ came down from heaven at His first advent and has since restored mankind's stolen legacy by His sufferings, death and resurrection.
For the adent believer, the resurrection of Jesus Christ hasn't only abolished death but has also inaugurated new dawn of renewed reign on earth.
