The author of the book wanted to highlight the sufferings of people going through certain mental and personality disorders. The poem *Insomnia* tells how an insomniac person sleeps well after a long time when even his medicines failed to help him, the poem *Suicide* describes how a student who was about to suicide was saved by their father,the poem *Claustrophobia* showcases a claustrophobic person's thoughts about taking an elevator instead of stairs when they are under pressure of getting late for an important meeting, the poem *Kleptomania* talks about a rich person who is a robber.
