Synopsis

The Argentine Horned Frog, sometimes known as the Ornate Pacman Frog, belongs to the Ceratophryidae family. Because of their round shape, the eight species of Ceratophryidae are commonly referred to as Pacman Frogs. Because of the conspicuous horns over their eyes, they are sometimes known as Horned Frogs. A Pacman Frog's mouth, which is normally almost half as huge as the frog itself, is perhaps its most distinguishing characteristic.
Pacman frogs are charming little amphibians that are popular as pets due to their amusing and one-of-a-kind appearance.
Pacman frogs are classified into eight species, all of which belong to the genus ceratophrys. The bodies of all eight species are rounded, and their mouths are abnormally large. They have blotchy patterns on their backs and are available in a variety of colors. They can be any shade of brown, tan, green, yellow, or red.
