Synopsis

Ziggy Plume isn't a typical young boy (they never are, are they?). For starters, he has glam-obsessed parents, a pet gerbil named Sputnik and his destiny is to go to space just like his hero, Yuri Gagarin.

But when the cosmos comes to him instead in the form of an alien that oozes from his telescope, Ziggy sets about using a school project as the perfect excuse to help it continue on its intergalactic voyage.

Besides having to deal with the usual things including the school nemesis and a mysterious new teacher, things spiral out of control further when Ziggy enlists the help of a zany professor who assures him that aliens are rife on planet Earth...

'Cosmic Conundrum' is the first book in the 'Ziggy & Sputnik' series aimed at young readers with a thirst for thrilling, fun-filled adventure! Join young Ziggy Plume as he begins his quest to track down alien life-forms on planet Earth, encountering hordes of whacky non-terrestrial as well as human characters along the way!
