Kiktar is an agent for the Galactic Assembly of Nations and he’s got a job to do. First he’s teamed up with three other agents and they’ve got to find a way to work together if they’re going to track down Akon, a notorious criminal who’s wanted across the galaxy. When they’re hot on his trail, they know if they let him get away, he may just disappear into the cosmos.

One thing leads to another and Kiktar has to find out why his old agency partners haven’t followed protocol. When a spaceship doesn’t show up on schedule, he knows something isn’t right. Only by dealing with a deadly band of space pirates can he get to the bottom of what’s going on.

Finally, Kiktar must travel to a colony on the outskirts of explored space with his new partner and a shifty pilot to find out why a colony can meet their mining quota. There’s more going on beneath the surface, as he must use his investigative skills and intuition if he’s going to bring the guilty parties to justice.
