Synopsis

The maritime boundary between the United States and Canada has a longstanding open gap, and lobstermen face violent confrontations over fishing rights in "the gray zone." When the captains of boats from Cutler, Maine and Seal Cove, Grand Manan wind up dead after an argument near Machias Seal Island, both countries agree to seek a solution to the ongoing violence.
