This running log book is intended for beginners and advanced runners to document their runs and to keep improving. This running log book is designed for 52 weeks. For a brief explanation, all the options for filling out the form are briefly summarized below:
•Time: Time at the beginning of the run
•Weather: rain, sun, storm or calm ?
•Distance: How many kilometers did you run?
•Time: How long did you need for the run?
•Speed
•Calorie consumption
•Route: Name of the route
At the end of each week there is a Weekly Review which provides the following options for filling out:
•Total Runs
•Total Distance
•Total Time
•How I Felt
•Next Week Goal
