As I reflect on the strength of matriarchs in my own family like my grandmothers, mother, and aunts I am utterly amazed at their ability to continue preserving during difficult times. Restricted No Longer: A 14 Day Guide to Freedom was a mandate given to me especially for today’s woman. Fourteen women along with myself came together to make this vision a reality. The purpose of Restricted No Longer is to help women successfully deal with issues and problems they may encounter in everyday life.
