While you color your mandala, let the stress of the day go. These are not another task that you have to do perfectly. Allow yourself the luxury of relaxation as you color in each of the shapes within the mandala. Since they are hand drawn there will be flaws, they were not created with exacting details. I drew them one line at a time without a plan of how they would look in the final result. As they emerged from my pen I found myself distracted from daily stress. I hope that you will find peace as you bring them to life with your colors.

You can use pencils, colored pencils, gel pens, markers or what ever you have on hand. Please test markers as they may bleed through to next page. You can place a piece of paper behind your coloring page to help prevent markers bleeding through.
