She also lectures on classroom management at several initial teacher training (ITT) institutions and school-based initial teacher training (SCITT) courses. As well as an evaluator for behaviour focused action research projects conducted by trainee teachers.

Beyond her consultancy work, Ms Morrish (MSc) provides bespoke coaching sessions from her private clinic in Essex, UK. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and caregivers, especially in cases involving children with particularly challenging behaviour profiles. Her specialist expertise encompasses supporting children who exhibit combined traits associated with ADHD and ASD.
