Synopsis

Life during a pandemic has been challenging in so many ways for lots of people but our communities have kept on running thanks to our everyday heroes - our amazing key workers. ‘PS Thank You So Much’ is a tribute to all the key workers who have helped to keep everyone safe during the Covid 19 pandemic. This book, which includes illustrations from the author’s two children, is about a little girl’s letters that are sent to thank the many key workers out there keeping her and the rest of her family safe, including her cat. From the care workers looking after Granny to the delivery drivers making sure there is enough toilet roll. But there are so many key workers, how on earth can she thank them all? This book was written in recognition of the hard work that our key workers are doing everyday in the hope that it will inspire your little ones to pick up a pencil, write a letter, draw a picture or make their own lockdown promise to key workers everywhere. C Louise Wallis (real name Claire) is a teacher in Early Years Education and Health & Social Care. Her debut book is driven by her passion for encouraging creativity in children and supporting children to develop a love of reading and writing. This book was inspired by her own children and their love of writing letters.
