Synopsis

I have been thinking about Four Seasons With My Father for over 20 years. I felt very close to my Dad and he passed when I was 13, so all of my existential curiosity turned into an existential crisis. A football player at West Point and a successful businessman, he was an easy Dad to look up to and I miss him a lot; but I've processed the grief and trauma through a relationship with nature, and made my peace with the universe and encourage anyone else who's hurting to try and continue to do the same (an attempt at the golden rule is also in there).

Set in the four seasons, this book is half memoir and half poetry collection, and I hope you enjoy it.

The illustrations and production were done by the incredibly talented Danny Rubin.
