Synopsis

This Bible reading plan is written with the intention of giving young people a guide to read through all the Psalms in a year. This will be accomplished by, on average, reading 5-10 verses each day. Every passage is assigned to a specific day of the week and should be checked off when finished. To promote interest and motivation, a question follows each day’s reading. The wording of the questions is designed to help a child easily find the answer, and the verse containing the answer is noted at the end of each question. Each week also includes a Bible coloring picture and a star placeholder for parents to put a sticker when the week’s reading is completed. Parents are encouraged to check and discuss answers with their child and then sign each page to record the child’s progress. The level of parental involvement will be determined by the reading ability of each child.
