Angella Horner is a poet and artist living in Colchester in the UK. She has written this fascinating book of poetry during the lockdown 2020 pandemic. This is her second book and it is a compendium of her poetry from March through to June 2020. It begins with the lockdown and ends as lockdown begins to lift. The poems relate to her experiences during the pandemic. They include poignant poems about nature and how it sustained us during the crisis. There are poems on families, education, domestic abuse, other social and cultural matters as well as scientific issues. All in all, a diary of our times and one to pass down to our children as a record of the effects of the pandemic on everyday life.
