My teatime with Jesus is more than a physical break from the world's madness. This time is deliberately set aside as more than an escape. It is time to meditate, pray, and have conversation with Jesus. Sometimes there are moments of great revelation. Other times it is a gentle feeling of peace filling the moment. "Afternoon Tea...with Jesus and Me" is a collection of my thoughts and reflections on like while I enjoy afternoon tea with Jesus. There is no special place required to physically go for afternoon tea. The place is not the most important aspect of afternoon tea. What's critical is being in a place where you can be still and get away from the madness of life. It's my hope that while you read and experience these reflections, thoughts, and moments of revelation, you travel to those special places. Take time to write down your thoughts on the Personal Reflection pages. My prayer is that the reflection will spark a new idea or refresh an old memory. Take time to read and allow this collection of writings to soak in as you discover your own time and place to share tea with Jesus.
