As an owner, it is my job to help every agent in my office understand that becoming an entrepreneur takes work. It is also my job to supervise, educate, and help the agent stay in line with the licensing act and the code of ethics. It is the agent’s job to generate new business, new leads, and close real estate transactions. No one is going to put leads on your desk every day without spending money. Just because you passed the real estate exam does not make you an expert. It just gives you the right to sell real estate. Now you must learn how to do the business of real estate.
