Synopsis

I wrote this book for Christians desiring to develop as leaders. If you chose this title, I assume you desire to advance in either your existing leadership role, or as an emerging leader. I believe we are all leaders in some capacity. It doesn’t matter what you do in life. Whether you are in the workforce or you own a business. Maybe you are a pastor and lead a church. Perhaps mission work or a humanitarian organization is your focus. You are all Leaders. Or maybe you hope to learn how to lead your own life and family more effectively… No matter your particular situation, if something is stirring on the inside of you to grow in the areas God has purposed for your life. This desire is God-birthed and this book is written for you.Alan has personally been involved in the world of business for over 40 years, 35 of which have involved his passion for training and equipping people and companies in their various arenas of corporate life. His life has taken him through many teachings, philosophies and spiritual paths, including the New Age, (of which he was groomed to be a ‘Leader’ in), alternative religions and the occult. Alan’s subsequent disillusionment with each of these paths eventually led him to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as His Lord and Savior when he was 30 years old discovering Jesus as…….”The Way, The Truth and The Life” John 14:6When he became a Christian, God started to put a Purpose in his heart to bring Godly Principles into the Marketplace. Alan believes that we as Believers can have a dynamic INFLUENCE into our workplaces and the business world.Alan’s strong leadership skills empower Management, Pastors, staff and congregations towards the realization of their full potential and identified Purpose. Alan is an experienced Minister and Successful Business Owner. Alan travels both Nationally and Internationally as a Conference Speaker, Strategist, Management Consultant and Itinerate Minister.
